Hi - I'm running two 6am classes at Mission Bubble Studios off Lordship Lane- Wednesday and Thursday each week. We are a small mixed abiity group - I do not teach a fast inaccesable practice. All the asanas have modifications to suit you. I know it seems early but its a great way to start the day.
