Not really sure what to call them but years ago there were charities/organisations where you could donate left over paint. I have loads of half full but usable tins of paint which are just gathering dust. I know that years ago there was somewhere near ED where we could drop them off.

I used to use the recycling center in Devon street, old Kent rd.

Last resort the recycling centre. Many organisations do not have money to pay for paint if they only have a small area to cover. Have in the past donated to a centre - but they are not in current need of any this time.
