Hi does anyone know what is happening to the vacant units that Topps Tiles and No12/Peace and Riot used to occupy?

Can’t believe these haven’t been snapped up.

High rents and having to deal with Dulwich estate. Also recent road closures etc are creating lesser footfall for the businesses.

Which recent road closures?

Peace and Riot premises are beautiful, and their back garden is lovely, but it's a rough time to open a business - esp a cafe or bar around there.
