Hi there! I’m Rubee and I run a great little community choir in the heart of Peckham at Mountview Performing Arts Academy. We’ve been together since 2019 (excluding 2 years non-activity due to covid) so we’re still a fairly new choir. Singing in a choir is so much more than just producing beautiful sounds, it’s scientifically proven to be good for your physical health and mental well-being! We are having an Open Day on Monday 7th Nov. If you’re curious, interested or keen then come on down to see what we get up to. It’s free!! See flyer for details.   Shame, that's a bit boring. At least the Poundland fulfilled the need of cheap basic toiletries.

  Andy Burke Plumber December 2025 Andy was recommended and I'm so glad he was! I generally don't like inviting strangers into my home for any reason really but when you have a repair you have no choice. Andy is a kind, very pleasant decent guy. But most of all he's, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and extremely conscientious about his work! He wants to solve the problem for you and keep the customer happy. He was very kind to work around my schedule to sort my repairs. I live alone and I'm very comfortable in his company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He's what you want in a tradesman.   I walked by Honest Burger around lunchtime today and they had just opened. They haven’t publicly promoted the opening yet because they were focusing on the building work, but the guy I spoke to was really friendly. They’re giving away free lemonade as an opening promotion and mentioned that residents should download their app because they can get a free meal after buying a certain number of meals. Sounds like they also do takeaway as well. I told him that Honest had been trending on the EDF, so I would post about today’s opening.
