Holidays with childcare (preferably self catering)

Hello - I am looking for a 2 week holiday with my husband and 2 year old. However, after taking a week off recently have come to the conclusion to actually come back more refreshed than when I went away, I need somewhere with the option of childcare. Preferably France or Italy in August - does anyone have any recommendations? I've checked out babyfriendlyboltholes but would love some other recommendations to help my search.

I think coastline offer this as an option - they have nannies you can hire. A (possibly cheaper) option might be somewhere with a kid's club, though the places that spring to mind for that are more like Canaries/Portugal - am sure there are options in France/Italy as well though.
