This is used but in excellent condition.

Dimensions 80 cms height, 70 cms width and 28 cms in depth.

It is a three storey house with internal pulley/ elevator and door- bell, balcony, stairway. It comes furnished and as my daughter has gathered additional furniture over time, I am happy to include a large bag for free with furniture not included in the photos.
