Looking for help: External wall timber + internal damp issue

Hello,

I'm looking for someone who can help with two things:

An external issue - a bit of wood that has come off the external wall and revealed potentially some rotten timber which needs investigating

Internal damp - problem with a damp patch on an internal wall

If you have any recommendations or could provide a quote, please let me know. I'll be looking at TrustMark endorsed tradespeople only, and would really appreciate any leads.

  Thanks Sue. No the car just drove on. We don't know if they noticed. We were driving behind. We were just glad we could be with the cat, and take him to the vet, rather than leaving him there 😞

  Certainly the infamous (and mythical) SE London cat killer turned out to be foxes attacking dying and dead cats injured by cars, but fox: cat encounters do appear to happen, even where cats are victorious. Fox: adult humans less so. At least where foxes are the aggressors.
