Hi All 👋

I'm an eCommerce/Marketing Director working near Blackfriars and I am looking to relocate to the lovely East Dulwich!

I'm a looking for a 1 (with space for a desk) or 2 bed flat that I could call home. Budget maximum is £1750 (excluding bills). Work and previous tenancy references available.

It seems every property that goes live is snapped up within days, so hoping to catch the eye of someone here. Please let me know if you have a propery that could be suitable, move in date can be anything from now to late Jan.

Kind regards,

Laura C

Hello,

I don’t suppose you’d consider Forest Hill? I have a lovely one bed that I am just completing a full refurb on. It’s open plan with kitchen and room for a desk. It has outside communal

Lovely walled garden space and is part of a Georgian building which includes x4 flats.

It will be available for end of November.

PM if you’d like to know more.

Thank you

Catherine

    • Thanks very much for that.   I think the better informed we are, the better our discussions will be. The article contained: "That arrest had quite an impact on the [phone theft] numbers for the following month,” said Green.  Here's another indicator, admittedly a piece of police PR,  of how well-targeted police efforts, mostly invisible to us,  can when successful  seriously affect offending figures: https://news.met.police.uk/news/met-police-drive-down-theft-and-robbery-by-84-percent-in-battersea-and-nine-elms-500495.
    • Another excellent article from Jim Waterson's London Centric reporting https://www.londoncentric.media/p/kitchen-foil-and-algerian-markets?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email Interesting that there seem to be favoured and repeated routes for phone snatching for particular thieves.  Seems ED might be one of them ☹️
    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
