Folding loft ladder recommendation

Hi there,

I need a recommendation on who makes and installs a folding loft ladder.

We had someone before who mentioned that our ceiling is quiet high (3m) and there is no ladder for this high...

I just want a second opinion or if someone had the same experience.

Thanks

Graham fitted a loft ladder for me, and he was excellent.

Competent, reliable and reasonably priced.

However it was a while ago so I have no idea if he is still working, particularly as so many people now have loft extensions and don't need loft ladders

Hi -

Just in case this is useful for anybody, I have another glowing recommendation for Graham 07930 763431

He has done thousands of loft ladders in the area and is extremely experienced, quick and prices very reasonably. While up in the loft he even repaired a light switch that had not been working for ages. The ladder is fitted quite snug and works perfectly.

Best,

Daniel

    • Thank you for your comments. Perhaps I should have been clearer. I was specifically referring to a back  bay window, which was why I asked if anybody had had secondary glazing fitted to that particular type of window. Obviously I can Google window companies,  look at Trust Pilot, get  quotes etc, but that would take a lot of time which for various reasons I  don't presently have.  If nobody responds here then I will at some future point have to go down that road.

One parent may be home occasionally but working elsewhere in the house. Approximate hours 3.15-5.15/6pm, also reasonably flexible on days but thinking about Monday-Wednesday. References needed.
