Quote wanted for replacement of concrete path

Hi

There is a chip/hole in the concrete/asphalt path/stairs leading up to my front door which appears to be letting water into the room below the path.

I'm looking for a quote to replace the existing concrete path and asphalt on stairs. The quote should include the removal of existing concrete path as it is too high to simply add another layer and must therefore be dug out. Quote must also include a waterproof membrane and I would be open to any other water retention ideas the companies may have.
