Revamping Built in Wardrobes

We have built in wardrobes in one of our bedrooms that have been there forever with 3 sliding doors.

Is there anyone who could overhaul them for us (but not rip them out and start again)?.

The doors are very loose/wobbly in the runners, so not sure whether the runners need to be replaced and/or how easy (or not) it might be to replace the doors completely with something abit more up to date.

It's a job to be tackled at the end of Jan'.
