Selling our much loved extendable dining table. Perfect for fitting everyone around at Christmas!

This is made from New Zealand pine. It is currently for sale in the place we bought it for over NZ$2,000.(https://inhabit.co.nz/dining/millyard/)

Selling for £200 due to a few marks on the top from the heat from a trivet. This could be lived with or you might want to sand it back and re-stain the table, which I know is a bit of work! See photos. A bit of minor wear and tear elsewhere but I have some stain that can be used to hide small chips etc.

Table measures 1.3m x 0.9m without extensions. There are two leaves which are stored underneath and allow you to extend the table. Each leaf is 35cm wide. When the table is fully extended it measures 2m x 0.9m and will sit 8 very comfortably and more if you don’t mind sitting a bit closer together.

Legs are removable for transport.

Collect from SE22. You are very welcome to come and look at it.

    • There was something to do a with a gate in the Brockwell case, I can't recall the detail, but the council removed a gate, which had been gifted in trust to the park, so the festival builders could allow access, or something. And that was illegal and that's what enabled Rylance et al to litigate.
    • How long is the Gala, and potential new event, disruption….this could be key from the article on the High Court challenge against Lambeth…   Under permitted development rules, a temporary change of use is allowed for a total of 28 days each calendar year, but the Brockwell Park festivals run over 37 days and were due to begin on 23 May.
    • Try the castle upstairs, you'd need to buy a few drinks in return.  @Suecan you advise?  It will be in use some Mondays no doubt
    • Yes, I was bemused to see that notice in Barry Road. It seemed a strange place to be having a drop off point.
