London Zoo waiting times?

We are off to London Zoo soon and will be paying on the door so won't have 'fast track' tickets. Does anyone know, what are the queues like which fast track helps you avoid? (Nb have 1.5 and 4 year old to entertain).

Hello. We were there on the weekend - queue was big but moved quickly and the wait was about 20 minutes.

We went on Sunday which was obviously a busy day and sunny - we have membership but my mum hasn't and was allowed in the pre pay queue which was only a five min wait whereas the main queue was enormous right down the road. Hopefully much quieter on a weekday!

we went on a Monday a few weeks back and didn't have to queue at all (arrived about 2-3pm).
