Exciting first work experience in a busy café

I run a small café in the Dulwich area and I am looking for a young person at their first experience (16+) with a genuine interest in cooking/hospitality. The café only runs Sundays 9am to 1pm, although there might be other events happening on Saturdays if you're interested.
