April 17th - 22nd

You are invited for 5 nights and 6 days in the beautiful Vale De Moses, a natural healing sanctuary nestled in the stunning foothills of the Sierra de Estrela mountains. We invite you to immerse yourself in this abundant wilderness. Explore cascading river pools, wander endless trails and listen deeply to the sensations of forest bathing. Find the space to rest and release, cocooned within the sanctuary of the valley, and nourished by delicious daily plant-based meals. Journey fully into practice and return to the grounded rhythms of nature, gently and playfully awakening our innate capacity to heal. On our own. And together, guided in community.

Twice daily classes will include a 75-minute morning movement class (eg dynamic vinyasa yoga, functional strength and pilates) and a 75-minute evening class (eg yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and sound healing). There will also be optional yogic philosophy talks throughout the week.

Three delicious vegetarian meals are provided each day, with home-grown and locally sourced ingredients used to nourish you from the inside out. Teas, juices and snacks available upon request. Any allergies/intolerances/dietary requirements will be catered for.

Free time throughout the day can be used for walking, hiking, swimming, reading and relaxing.

    • From what I have gathered from Bradbury Oak residents  I have spoken with, that at a meeting with RNIB earlier in the year, none of the residents were in favour of new build. There is the implication that rent rises are anticipated to help towards building costs. Rent is currently in the region of £300 pw - as with most sheltered housing (council and Housing Association), Since these rents also include maintenance charges, utility charges - Housing Benefit is only applicable to the actual 'rent element' per flat.
    • At the Dulwich Hill SNT meeting last night we spoke about Met. Engage. Dulwich Hill had signed up 185 households. Scheme  had been trialled in other parts of the country successfully and now the Met. Police are rolling it out, To the end of August, the Met Police had gathered 17,000 registrations which equites to 2% of households.
    • Personally, I think the death sentance should be brought back for anyone found to be harming animals.
    • When you dig into the site, there's an ancillary domain also involved in the system: neighbourhoodalert.co.uk;  and one pointed to by the latter as an example, stayintheknow.co.uk, which seems to have been set up by Lancashire.  All three long validated by Nominet and with same registrar.    metengage_etc_whois.txt
