House also comes with a box of assorted furniture and accessories. House measures Height (to top of roof) 70cm, width 70cm, depth 38cm. Overall condition excellent, just needs a little light refurb, there's a stain on the blue carpet, it's easy to buy another piece of dollhouse carpet and replace it. I'm asking £60 for the house & furniture. Buyer to collect from Goose Green roundabout end of Lordship Lane. Cash on collection please.
