Recommended Posts

A spacious unfurnished one bedroom flat on ground floor of Victorian conversion near Goose Green and Peckham Rye Common. The flat has a front garden and an off-road car parking space.

DM me for a link to photos.

It's an amazing location on a leafy street off the main road but walking distance for both East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations. It's also convenient for buses to Denmark Hill, Herne Hill and Brixton stations (that last for the night tube), plus bus routes into town (78, 63, 12, 176...).

The bedroom is a great size. It has extensive fitted wardrobes and easily fits a king size bed plus other furniture. It's attractive with large double glazed bay window fitted with wooden shutters.

The living room is large and has fitted book shelves and another large double glazed bay window. The hallway has large storage cupboard.

The hi-spec bathroom includes stylish Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware and fantastic rain shower over bath.

The kitchen is a separate room through a door from the living room. It is on the small side but has a recently installed oven with gas hobs, a Siemens fridge/ freezer and a Hotpoint washer dryer.

I loved living here and hope someone new will too! Looking for long-term tenant(s).

Rent £1500pcm

Deposit £1700 to be held in tenancy deposit scheme of course.

Hi Elaine,

Good to hear from you! Here are the photos. Apologies for my camera work: the flat looks better in person. Would you like to view on Saturday? 3pm or 430pm?

It's available now so earliest move date is as fast as we can get the paperwork done! I'm motivated to sort by 31st March as I'm traveling for a couple of weeks after that which makes things tricky.

Look forward to hearing from you

Isobel

Hi Isabel,

Thanks for getting back to me. The flat looks great and we would definitely be interested to view.

The dates line up really well as we have to vacate our current flat by mid April at the very latest. (Unfortunately, the property has been sold! So we need to act quickly)

Can we book in for the 4.30pm slot on Saturday? Looking forward to meeting you and and seeing the property.

Best wishes,

Elaine 07427 653635

This in itself would adversely impact pension funds who have invested in utilities.  Its fairly obvious that Thames Water needs rescuing or restructure but what is the optimum and correct path to take ?
