Fancy a wonderful afternoon of nourishment, tranquility and joy ?

If so, my Awakening into Spring Yoga workshop is just for you. Taking place at the cosy PUSH STUDIOS SE22 between 2-4pm on 1st April..

This is an invitation to all to come along and and enjoy a delicious blend of of YIN, SLOW FLOW and NIDRA yoga to celebrate the lighter, warmer (hopefully) spring days. So if you would like to gently and joyfully start the new season on a high you can book your place here
