We're thrilled to announce a fantastic line up of over 100 events for Dulwich Festival, 12th-21st May 2023 - celebrating 30 years!


Bursting at the seams with music, literature, comedy, theatre, art, fairs, walks, talks, history and film, this year promises to be the best yet!


To name but a few events, you can expect:

Multiple literature talks including Caleb Azumah Nelson, Adam Kay, Rukmini Iyer, Alison Weir

A fantastic line up of jazz at the EDT, with Ronnie Scott regulars including Jean Toussaint and The Filthy Six

An all female line up of singer-song writer and spoken word artists at Under the Tree at Copper Beech Cafe

Dancing a plenty with a Ceilidh and Swing Band

Street Art, Georgian Architecture and Social Radical Walks

Family Days at Kingswood House and Alleyns

Romeo and Juliet by The Handlebards

Three days of comedy club at The Crown and Greyhound with Edinburgh Fringe comedians EGG, Sikisa and Max & Ivan

The London Gay Men's Chorus - Britains Biggest Boyband!

Sustainability markets at St Barnabas and Dulwich Picture Gallery

    • Thanks ianr. Does everyone get the same Covid vaccine? Re your other things, I don't think the NHS records  are very joined up in various respects, despite (or because of?) the various NHS and GP apps. If you are in the vulnerable group for flu, and also for Covid, is there any reason why you are choosing to have one jab but not the other? Your choice of course, but as I understand it, both flu and Covid are expected to be very prevalent (can't think of the right word) in the UK this Winter?
    • So what you are saying is that shops encourage shoplifting as it is good for their business?  Rather a curious view. However.... for every stolen good there has to be a market, whether from a shop, burgled house, stolen bike so those buying knock off goods are guilty too.  As you infer. And one size doesn't fit all, petty shop lifting, kids being naughty, those desperate due to poverty - including addicts both to illegal substances and 'legal' including gambling, and those making a business out of it are very different.
