Selling my son's equipment which he described as follows:

(photo's appear in reverse order to below)

Photo 1 Dumbbell bars and weights

Photo 2 Same

Photo 3 Bench for flat bench press, incline and decline, with a leg raise attachment at the end

Photo 4 Same

Photo 5 Chest fly attachments that can be attached to the bench

Photo 6 Adjustable squat/bench stand, barbell (weights in Photo 1 can be used on this barbell)

Photo 7 Different angle

Photo 8 Different angle

Mats you can see, included. Collection from CP Road SE22. Happy for anyone who wants to view first as have moved it all into our hallway, though the photo's will give you a better idea.

  We've had two attempted break-ins this year, one early spring, the other mid summer. Didn't get in either time, but caused almost 2k's worth of damage to bay windows and garage doors trying.

So here’s the plan:' I'm just watching Trump's arrival at Stansted. Apparently, he's spending tonight at the US Ambassador's house in Regent's Park. 'The world’s media will be in Windsor to cover the state visit, so showing visually that he is not welcome will send an important message far and wide.' Not really. They're in Essex. Could be a long wait for some quite pissed off people in Windsor. He's not due there until tomorrow.
