Hi,


I am a recent psychology graduate with prior experience supporting children with special educational needs. I have a full DBS check and I am currently looking for opportunities to gain experience in supporting individuals with mental health needs. Do you make online counseling therapies?

I've been practicing a lot of online therapies with my specialist from Riviamind. In the beginning, it was awkward, because I couldn't see entirely my therapist, but with time passing I started to enjoy it. It's much better to be at home in your pajama and speak about problems, rather than go somewhere far from your house. It's stressful for me to leave the house for a long period of time.

Maybe the idea of online therapies will inspire you as well. Good luck!

      There  is a dance fit class at Harris girls on a Monday evening 630 pm which I have been going to for years . It is an inclusive class  with a wide range of ages.    The  teacher is Fi and she is amazing and  the classes are lots of fun.   look on the web justdanceuk .com. There are other dance classes  (flowetic )that Fi and the lovely Lizzie runs  at Harris girls too . They also have an event next week which is a bit further- near Penge  which is a day of dance to include  just dance fit, dancehall, line dancing, garage fit and flowetic . Which is also available to book on that website  ( look at the events section) .

      I didn't realise that either! I thought it just meant division within communities - religious, racial or otherwise.  Yes, it is frightening. The days of the broad church political party are over.

      So I've done a little more research into the current use of the word, I hadn't realised it had latterly been used to describe anti Muslim feelings. Still don't like the use of the word. These are horrible times and am fearful for the future.
