Very good condition. Structurally sound. Well looked after (regularly hoovered), and cushions beaten every few months.

Cushions have good "plump" to them - it's nice and comfortable.

Cushion covers can be removed to clean should you wish.

Smoke and pet-free home.

Buyer must collect from Leigham Court Road (halfway down, West Norwood side). I can help get it out of the ground floor flat with easy access to parking.

W: 172cm / H: 68cm (back, excluding cushions), H: 42cm (approximate seat height with no pressure applied) / 😧 100cm

Ideally looking for £85.
