High quality materials and craftsmanship are combined to produce a brand that is individual and exclusive.We are currently look for:An Office Manager with strong finance knowledge - up to 25k dependant on experienceThe Role Full time, Monday ? Friday, 9am ? 5pm in Brockley, SE4, parking is available.Job Responsibilities:Office AdministrationAnswer phone, 1st point of contact for new customer enquiriesCo-ordinate and organise appointments for casting agentsProcess orders promptly and accurately on SalesforceResponsible for dispatch and delivery of all ordersUpdate and maintain customer database and mailing listsProvide administrative support to Managing Director and Production ManagerAssist in the smooth running of Head Office, the workshop and foundryDesignated Health and Safety officer, responsible for maintaining policies and operations manualsDealing with Facilities such as negotiating with the Landlord, regularly reviewing all supplier contracts (for example utilities, cleaners, security ), maintaining stationery supplies etc. Monitor office, casting and workshop suppliesEnsure office and kitchen area is clean and tidy at the end of each working day FinanceBook keeping and liaising with the accountant. 5 years book keeping experience required ? preferably QuickbooksReport monthly orders to Managing DirectorCompile reports on excel to assist with salesProduce tracking reports for all ordersAd hoc job related duties in Head Office and the Showroom as and when requiredThe CandidateMust be self-motivated person with excellent organisational skills and time management.Outstanding, confident telephone mannerPrevious experience within a busy dynamic office environmentEasy going, open, happy demeanourSomeone who is happy to muck in with the rest of this small head office teamSuperb written and verbal communication skillsMs Office skills, notably excel.Able to be discreet with confidential informationClosing Date: Monday 3rd June 2013Please send your CV to Anna Gunny, at [email protected] Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/32510-office-manager-vacancy/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
