Professional help needed for purchase of a 3m x 7m workshop shed.

I am looking for someone to advise on the purchase of a workshop shed approx. 7m x 3m, and its installation on a site in Canning Town (next to St Margaret's Church). The workshop will need to have multiple power points, and running water.

The work is for a registered charity. If you have experience of this work, please respond with a phone number I can call you on.
