Wanted: recommendations for end of tenancy clean

Our regular cleaning agency has given us an outrageous quote for end of tenancy cleaning for our 2 bedroom flat - despite their usual reasonable rates. I am therefore wondering if anyone has recommendations for an end of tenancy clean.

2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, staircase (1st and second floor flat so plenty of stairs), landings. The place is unfurnished bar a couple of wardrobes and shelves. Deep clean including kitchen cupboards, oven etc

I am thinking about 6 hours to do the job thoroughly?

Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated.
