Sol
Hi,My child will be 3 in November and I was wondering whether any school nursery in Dulwich offer a part time place from when she turns 3 or whether she has to wait until the September intake. I think it will be good for her to start getting used to a school routine from an early age; I also want to get some free time in the morning when I am not working at least to get breakfast in peace. missse22
She will have to wait till Sept 2014, they used to do January & Sept enrollment but now it's just September Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/32606-nursery-school/#findComment-648602 Share on other sites

Pickle
It's worth getting in touch with the school earlier, as sometimes if there are spaces they will take new children in January even though technically there's not an intake then anymore. Kaska
Worth checking with the school/s.My son is 3 at the end of September but will be starting the school nursery from October (in the school we had been offered a place they can start after they 3rd birthday as long as it is in the Autumn term). But I guess you might've missed the boat as you had to apply till the end of March...You still can apply for pre-school place and the list of local ones can be provide by Southwark FIS team. Sol
I think I will apply. The lady at the school told me that sometimes people move and there may be a place available, you never know.
