Virgin internet down?

Has anyone else got no internet/TV with Virgin?  I have had nothing since yesterday and am being told it will only be fixed in a week 19th May!

Can't seem to work out if its just me or others affected, im in Barry Rd

Mine keeps stopping but so far has restarted. I'm in Nunhead. It's always flaky at the weekends. Make sure you get a deduction for the period it's not working.
