Lochie
I am sure I saw a thread about this a few months ago but can't find it! :-(I need to go to Ikea tomorrow with a one year old and 3.5 year old, can anyone tell me if they have trolleys you can put kids/babies in? Thank you :-) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/32688-ikea-with-kids/ Share on other sites

midivydale
Hi,In Sweden there is a free creche in all ikea stores - I remember being dumped there on a few occasions when I was little:)Soft ball type thing and lots of messy play work stations along with nursery staff. Not the same in the UK? Kes
there is a creche in croyden, can't remember the minimum age, but your eldest may be ok. They have trolleys with a seat and hanging space for one of their bags and also shopping trolleys which we've managed to get our large 3 yr old into, probably worth taking a sling too if you have one though. We always try to take advantage o living nearby and being up anyway to get there as early as possible before it gets too busy.good luck! Lochie
Thanks all, I went today with one child not two. Don't think I would have survived with 2! apart from anything else they would have taken up most of trolley space... (probably a good thing)Sling came in handy when i did run out of trolley space so would defo recommend taking one to anyone ikea bound with small kids.
