Disabled Blue Badge Exemption from LTNs

Found out about this recently so thought I'd share if people were not aware. It's free to apply.

Unfortunately it doesn't cover the LTN at the junction of Calton Avenue and Court Lane with Dulwich Village.

But why do you have to be a Southwark resident to be exempt? My partner's mother has a Wandsworth blue badge and would have to go the scenic route to get to us during restricted times. It's not as if all the Wandsworth/Lambeth blue badge holders are just going to rush to Dulwich to stampede through bus gates.

Well you could say its shoddy on Lambeth & Wandsworth aswell, Southwark blue badge holders can't access there LTN's
