Anyone know how to argue against Negligence or being a bailee

Can anyone recommend a local solicitor/ other who deals/ can advise on civil court money claims. Many thanks.

Thanks SallyE Ive done that - not getting any luck tho. Judge has already postponed case. No new dates yet.
