I have a single glazed bay window in my kitchen. All my other windows (including a separate window in my kitchen) are double glazed.
I had a quote to fit double glazing to the bay. It was extremely high and I wasn't willing to pay such a lot for a room I don't spend a vast amount of time in.
Has anybody had secondary glazing fitted to a back bay window, and if so was it successful and did it look ok from the inside?
And what sort of price can I expect to pay?
ditto - the lack of respect the organisers / council have for the impact on the wildlife and damage to the park is the reason I protest the Gala on its current site.
The noise is secondary
Not sure about that - I'm personally not too bothered by the noise, despite living possibly the closest to the site. I am bothered by the impact on all the wildlife, as should hopefully everyone with a conscience and who care about their community?
Their coffee and food is delicious. Really nicely decorated cafe with a nice vibe and a great selection of books too. The owner and staff are all very friendly and happy to chat when preparing your order.
