We’ve just used Mark to redo a bathroom and i couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

He was very professional start to finish. Great attention to detail, super thorough, high quality finish, tidied up after himself every day, great communication.

He provided a detailed quote and then came in under budget, and finished within the initial timeframe he set out - very unusual in my experience!! (And allowed us to get some other jobs done around the house within the same budget)

      Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe…  I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances

      Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.

      Can anyone recommend a local private swimming teacher or class provision for 3 year olds? We lost our place after the closure of Dulwich Leisure Centre and I can’t seem to find any availability and/or venues that take under 4s? Ideally it would be weekends but potentially Friday if I didn’t need to get in with him. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!
