Need help replacing cord in curtain track

Not sure if there's anyone out there who can help me with this - but the cord on our kitchen curtain track frayed really badly and ended up jamming the curtains shut. We bought new cord and tried to replace it ourselves but have gotten into a terrible mess and now can't hang the curtains again!

Is there anyone who can come and fit it for us!?

  It's unnecessary to unplug the TV, just follow the retuning procedure, probably within Settings. Plus again NO NEED to do a factory reset.
