Newly Refurbished Big 2 Bed Flat For Let Near ED Station

Hi, I have a GREAT two bed flat for let on a quiet road next to EAST DULWICH STATION.

It's the sunny and spacious top 2 floors of a well-maintained Victorian house.
The property has been lovingly refurbished over the past year, with a new loft conversion which has added a luxury bathroom (with separate bath and shower), a small utility room, a study/nursery and a large second bedroom with a Juliette balcony and lots of eaves access storage. The kitchen is new and there is also a cloakroom loo on the first floor. The original bedroom and lounge are great sized and the bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and new carpet.  I haven't uploaded photos of all the spaces.

The layout of the flat is quite unique as there are 4 split levels, so the overall feel is very spacious. Must be seen to get a real feel for it. : )

Tenants are always happy there, with the location also being walking distance to a large Sainsbury's and an M&S. Though there is no use of the back garden, the small front garden is technically shared and the flat is close to St. Francis Park and other green spaces. Convenient location for Kings College Hospital and all the shops and restaurants of East Dulwich and Peckham. .

I will consider a short term tenancy of 2/3 months, if that is needed, or a longer term let.  £2200 pcm.

Feel free to message me with any questions.

    • There was a few around Loughborough Junction which were similar. The Green Man, Harrier's and The Loughborough Hotel come to mind. Harrier's could be a bit, erm, lively at times, but they were okay for a couple of pints early doors. A rough rule of thumb was, if someone puts The Wolfe Tones on the jukebox, you've probably outstayed your welcome. I was in one in Dalston Junction some years ago when a very large Irish lad mistook the home-made Scotch Bonnet sauce for tomato ketchup - and he obviously really liked tomato ketchup. I've never seen such a big bloke shed so many tears.
    • There's a thing called scan angels who can come to your location!
    • I agree with @malumbu Forest Hill around the Horniman. Forest Hill station has Southern Rail and Windrush, The London bridge train is great for connecting to Northern Line or Southern Trains to Charing X and Cannon Street.  When I need to get into the city I take Windrrush to Whitechapel then Elizabeth Line to Liverpool Street. Lots of parks, Lots of young families, farmers Market on Sunday, Decent nearby pool and gym. Independent Butcher a few Delis (Aga's The butcher sells Deli stuff And Pantry on Perry Vale) and good independent cofee shops, An organic  grocer on dartmouth road.. Sainsburys, Costa, Superdrug and TJ Jones (WHSmith) are branches of chains based there.
