We’re looking for a live-out nanny to look after our 9 month old baby boy from November when I will be going back to work full-time. We live in Peckham Rye and we would be looking at hours 8am - 6/6:30pm, Monday - Friday. There will be some additional hours on occasion and possibly travel. 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare baby’s meals and feed them (including bottle-feeding)
  • Changing nappies
  • Bathtime and bedtime
  • Tidy up play areas and baby’s room
  • Outings to the park 
  • Playing with him and reading to him 
  • Taking him to swimming lessons  
  • Perform housekeeping tasks as needed (his clothes washing, food shopping, meal prep etc) 

Requirements and skills

  • Previous experience as a nanny (references required)
  • Multitasking skills
  • A patient and caring person who is willing and flexible 
  • Driving license
  • First aid certification 
  • DBS checked 

Starting salary of £33,000 per annum.

    • It should be easy enough to point out to anyone even thinking of voting reform that should they take power they will have no impact. And will make things worse.  And if people think politicians break promises now and reform are a breath of fresh air then they ain’t seen nothing yet  but they won’t really care about immigration if reform do win  uk used to be about law and order and now we have dim talking heads everywhere unchallenged going “leave the ECHR, stuff the judges, just do it!!”   like life is that simple sweeties 
    • I have been reliably informed that it's not the same group. 
    • my bet is it's the same group and no amount of talking to is going to make a difference. 
    • Definitely not intended  to come across as "gleeful". Quite the opposite, because developments such as this will only encourage extreme right-wingers such as Reform. And heaven help us if they ever formed a government. It's incumbent on Labour to come up with an effective  policy to "smash the gangs" otherwise we are facing Farage and his gang further down the road.
