I have been an English teacher for over 15 years with excellent outcomes. I have been a head of English and have spent the last 6 years on SLT, leading curriculum and teaching. Currently I am Deputy Head Teacher of a successful secondary school. Teaching the English curriculum from Years 7 to 13 to young people across the ability range is both my craft and my great delight. My outcomes demonstrate a track record of stretching the most able to achieve 8s and 9s and of securing 4s and 5s for those young people who think they cannot do it. I am available for regular summer holiday tutoring or weekly term time tutoring.

  There was a Saturday afternoon crowd of enthusiasts, and at other times the owner might have been off acquiring stock. He also repaired air guns, which he also sold. He stocked edged weapons, uniforms, including antique uniforms, air guns and ammo and starting pistols and shot. Some medals and other militaria. Quite a lot of ex service chit chat on a Saturday. I had an amateur interest, didn't deal a lot, in English pattern swords and other mainly 19th century militaria. And made some good purchases there. I'm afraid WWII and later events was the major focus of most of the regulars.
