Jenijenjen
Looks like demolition work has finally commenced on Solomon's Passage after residents were moved out five years ago. All four blocks will be demolished and replaced with a total of 91 homes, 33 of which will be "affordable" https://southwarknews.co.uk/area/southwark/demolition-begins-of-peckham-rye-flats-built-just-twelve-years-ago/ 1 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/330219-solomons-passage/ Share on other sites
hpsaucey
Gutting. Loved living there. When ww were there was all social tenancy/ shared ownership. New development - third 'affordable'. What are the odds it will end up with less 'affordable' homes than that even. Hp (feeling sad and angry) Edited July 29, 2023 by hpsaucey 2 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/330219-solomons-passage/#findComment-1632204 Share on other sites
