Parking in disabled bay by William Rose midday friday 7 June

Why do people ( yes you at midday today ) think that activating hazard warning lights is the same thing as displaying a Blue disabled badge ?

I'm sure Southwark will love me doing their parking enforcement for them by forwarding them a picture .

We have friends who live in France and in their local Leclec supermarket there is a sign above the disabled parking bays which translates as 'Take my space - take my disability'. This seems to work.
