Literally millions of people would need to leave the UK population (by emigration or death) before we would haveÂ
due to lack of people seeking housing. Losing a million people overnight would only get us back to 2020 levels, when the housing crisis was already well established.
Our neighbours have a leasehold flat (Freeholder LBS)Â they got permission to install a 2nd bedroom in the attic space. The downstairs flat has LBS tenants.
