Chinese Take-Aways / Delivery.

Any advice on a  good  chinese    take-away. We did use Oriental Star on Upland Road, but web site indicates closed permanently.

Walked past yesterday, look to have building works taking place - don't know if it's permanent or not

Thanks for the info, regret do not know why Oriental Star closed. I think Denmark Hill and Camberwell are too far away for food to be hot, when delivered. We will give 148 a try.

Hong Hong Grove Vale is the best I’ve found take away only no delivery. On holidays but reopens on 17th.

Do me a favour and change the title to Chinese Takeaways as "Chinese" is rather a broad subject and makes me want to post about human rights, the environment and the like.

Nice title of the thread, clear to all.  Titling a thread is worth a thread of it's own.  I don't do takeaways but I expect that most Chinese food establishments have their own trained delivery cyclists, on road legal bikes, and have taken advantage of the great cycling networks around here.  A win win win.  Thanks all.
