Hello families.

I am Claire a local caring, fun loving, outgoing nanny.

I am just finishing with two lovely families as their needs are changing…. little ones starting school & nursery. (Sept 2023)

I am looking for one or two local families to start a new nanny share or I am happy with sole charge too.

I am available Wednesday's & Thursday’s only. Long or short days.

I love my role in the early months & years of babies & young children's lives. I enjoy working along side families & parents who also work part time, as I have found this creates a lovely all round atmosphere for the little ones, the parents & for myself as the nanny:)

I have had lots of rewarding experience, over the last few years with wonderful families around Herne Hill, Dulwich, Sydenham Hill &  Forest Hill areas.

I have First Aid, DBS, insurance & have many many great references.

I take my role in families very seriously as little ones are so precious & we always have lots & lots of fun, laughter & games out & about & at home too:)

I really look forward to hearing from you.

Please PM me for more details & a chat.

Thanks so much.

    • We used Anstey Horne following work done by our neighbours and they were very helpful. Maybe they could provide some guidance? Good luck. https://www.ansteyhorne.co.uk/about/team
    • Sounds like your neighbour is trying to bully you into  to be compliant and stay quiet.  You really don't have any choice but to contact Southwark regarding building alteration planning permission.  But also try to find your own surveyor asap.  It might cost you now.  But if you don't it could well really get expensive and cause issues with any potential selling in the future.  Don't feel bad about standing up for yourself and your future.....
    • Thank you, he's pretty adamant a party wall agreement isn't needed so no chance of getting plans, he's been very cagey about what's being done. I've asked for the specific clause in the Party Wall Act that suggests he doesn't because I'm pretty worried. Is it just the chimney breasts that would fall under the act? He's insisting the others don't count as party walls.
