I am a hard working individual looking for work that will enable me to continuously develop as both a team player and as a committed, diligent and enthusiastic employee, through tackling new tasks and honing new skills repaying any potential employer for their trust and investment in me.




Customer Service Representative


* Dealt directly with customers via the telephone and electronically, responding promptly to their inquiries whilst handling and resolving any complaints as appropriate. Ensuring all the relevant information was obtained so that these could be turned around quickly for the customer.


* Customer verifications sought inline with Data Protection and all orders, forms and applications were completed with the customer and direct requests or unresolved issues were transferred, with full explanation, to the correct or designated resource.


* All customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments and complaints recorded during and after each call.


* All necessary administration completed post call with appropriate communications being sent to internal departments.


* Where appropriate a follow up call was made to customers to follow up on our interactions.

    • You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.   
    • Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe…  I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances 
    • Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
    • Yard Sale does have some seating but not as much as FM.
