Have just seen your post and realised that I saw this car today parked up outside St. John's church. (Daughter is learning her letters and we were looking at number plates on way to school.)At least it seems he might be local. I wish I had seen your post first. Will check at lunchtime to see if it is still there.

As ratty said above though, you could have problems progressing things unless you have contact details for the builders who saw the incident, or can track them down.

Otherwise how can you demonstrate that it was that car which caused the damage? Be interesting to see if it is also damaged though.

Do hope you sort it out, it's horrible when that kind of thing happens :(
