Builder required - outside rendering, cracks, damp

Hello - I’m looking for a builder who can fix some outside rendering which has cracks and damage due to damp. I also think the rendering needs to be taken up at the bottom to leave a gap between the render and the floor to stop damp rising as it’s covering the damp proof course. I also have an air brick that I’m told is letting in water due to it being too low so I am looking for suggestions for fixing that. I also have another crack in a wall that needs fixing.
