Does your child want to learn how to sew? 🪡 Or knows the basics and wants to do a project?

Here are 2 amazing workshops to help them progress with their sewing.

The workshops are all designed to be easy to understand and equip them with all the necessary skills so they are not afraid to tackle a project in the future.

There are 2 sewing machines available to rent if you don’t have a machine.

Location: South Norwood near Crystal Palace football stadium

Workshop dates: Sunday 17-September-2023 between 11am and 1pm

Maximum number: No more than 6 children in each workshop. 4 spaces remaining.

The £5 is an optional charitable pay-it-forward donation you can contribute to. The money is put towards running free workshops with local charities.

Sewing is a creative skill that will also develop their critical thinking, maths and visualisation skills. Sewing is a very forgiving art which provides the perfect medium to test out their ideas. Each workshop will build on their existing skills and set them up to tackle complex projects. The projects are chosen to teach various sewing techniques via a practical project they can take home.
