@malumbu I don't know the answer either but I do know that floating multiple ideas leads to uncertainty and spooks the economy. If they want to grow it, they should be more cautious about what they say as they are currently in danger of digging the financial black hole deeper as markets and investors will be wary.

Hi all, I am an Autism Specialist Teacher (PGCE, SENDCO, Autism Advisory Teacher, etc), who trains schools, families, and local authorities, and run the National Autistic Society Family Workshops. One of the hardest things for families is the long wait for assessments and support. Too often parents are told to “wait and see,” even though early strategies can make all the difference. I’d like to offer weekly play-based sessions for families who don’t want to wait. We’ll focus on attention, communication, and social interaction through activities such as attention games, intensive interaction, visuals, and Makaton. Parents will also take away practical ideas to use at home. Specialist support can be expensive, so sessions would run at an affordable group rate and are suitable for all children, with or without additional needs. Would this be of interest? Best wishes, Vicky Carpenter PGCE, SENDCO, PGDip SEND & Inclusion – Autism www.vickycarpenter.co.uk -
They are putting out a few ideas to see what the general consensus is. Whatever happens some will have issues. We had decades of reduced tax burden but the world has changed. I don't know the answer.
