Sofa needed for youth centre

We are looking for a 3 seater sofa for our youth centre in camberwell. 

Ideally a dark colour or leather which is wipeable.

I have got a sofa and two armchairs, the sofa has a seam come undone but it could be stitched up, totally bomb proof, fire proof stickers on the bottom.
