I'd like to recommend a small firm 'ME Home improvements' which has just completed a new bathroom and other internal building work in my house including moving a boiler and converting a cupboard into a shower-room. These were all done to a high standard and reasonable cost. The builders were friendly and I was happy letting them have copies of my keys when I was out. The boss, Mark, is on 07743825945.

Adding my recommendation for Mark Elsebach / ME Home Improvements for all-round building & general home improvement work. Mark carried out a full kitchen refurb for us in the spring which we're thrilled with (this included work around/widening a chimney breast including installing an extractor/cooker hood hidden in it, plumbing/moving pipes, electrics, plastering, tiling, fitting kitchen, painting etc) & we've just had him back to sand & refinish our original wooden floorboards, more plastering & decorating work throughout the house.

We found Mark & team to be thoroughly reliable, helpful, conscientious & incredibly hard working. Reasonably priced too.

    • Thanks James. I will correct my posts referencing full time work. His register of interests simply states "Primary School Teacher" without mentioning that it is limited hours.  https://moderngov.southwark.gov.uk/mgDeclarationSubmission.aspx?UID=50001002&HID=2492&FID=0&HPID=0   The same claim is made elsewhere without mentioning part time or limited hours: https://x.com/mcash?lang=en : "Primary School Teacher" "I am a teacher and this is my publicly stated desire to overthrow capitalism."   https://southwarknews.co.uk/featured/breaking-news-james-mcash-defects-to-the-green-party-seven-months-after-his-southwark-labour-leadership-victory-was-overturned/ "McAsh went on to say that “as a primary school teacher, trade unionist, and socialist, my values and principles have not changed, but they are no longer consistent with the Labour Party,” but added that they “are consistent with the Green Party”." https://southwarklabour.com/profile/james-mcash/ "James is a local primary school teacher "   All of this implies regular employment as  full time teacher.
    • The original title said a car had hit a pedestrian. We don’t have driverless cars yet, hopefully when we do there will be fewer collisions.
