If you're looking for a professional, reasonably priced and nice guy to do some carpentry I recommend Rafal Lubecki.

He has just finished laying some laminate flooring for me and it looks great. He's also fitted a new front door for me previously - & is always punctual, polite & does a good job.

I would like to second this recommendation for Rafal. He has just finished working on my flat, fitting the kitchen, flooring, new doors and tiling. Rafal was very professional and polite, completing the work to a high standard - and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

      Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe…  I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances

      Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.

      Can anyone recommend a local private swimming teacher or class provision for 3 year olds? We lost our place after the closure of Dulwich Leisure Centre and I can’t seem to find any availability and/or venues that take under 4s? Ideally it would be weekends but potentially Friday if I didn’t need to get in with him. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!
