Just 2 places left for In-person Hypnobirthing Place Weekend Course - book here

  • When: Sat 18th Nov (13.30 - 17.30) & Sun 19th Nov (12.30 - 16.30)
  • Where: Push Studios, off Lordship lane

Hypnobirthing can be done any time from 17 weeks in pregnancy onwards and is an informative and empowering preparation for birth; combining breathing and relaxation techniques and developing your understanding about how to help your mind and body work together during labour.

I have taught locally for over 10 fulfilling years and my approach is focused on helping you cultivate self-belief with kindness and compassion, reducing anxiety and letting go of any feelings of pressure to do things a certain way. Whether you are planning on giving birth at home, in the labour ward or birth centre, you will learn how to apply the transformative tools and techniques of hypnobirthing and how to make informed decisions about your care.

Partners will learn how to proactively support you during pregnancy and labour, so that you both feel more confident about what to expect and how you can positively influence your birth experience.

Testimonials can be found on my website and googlemaps

    • Yes, we have a Casio CT-S100 we no longer need, except I dont think we have the headphones any more. It has a USB connection. £50? https://www.argos.co.uk/product/7333639
    • Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets.   She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!
    • Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon. If not already, notify your street & surrounding streets (find out if they have Whatsapp groups) Dox will print & deliver free missing posters https://www.doxdirect.com/help/free-missing-pet-posters/ Call her at dusk & dawn when street & foot traffic is at its lowest.
